I don't like to get very political on my blog, but I've felt like celebrating all day today. I was very moved by President Obama's inauguration speech. I don't know when I've last felt this much hope for our country and for our future as Americans.
There are some tough times ahead of us of all, but having this man at the head of our government gives me courage.

I watched a few minutes of the innagural events while I was in Vietnam with a family that was as impressed with Obama as I am. It was a surel event that made me feel at home on the other side of the world.
